From its start in 1996, Nevard Roland has a proud record of delivering what it has promised.

Both the founding directors, David Pottier and Steven Vass, are well experienced in their field with over 50 years of recruiting experience between them.

We seek to develop a real partnership relationship with our clients. In so doing we gain a greater understanding of company objectives, values and culture than that which might be experienced by a functional specialist whose involvement is intermittent.

We apply a completely objective consulting approach without any pre-conditions or assumptions about the recruitment methodologies we employ which, whilst not unique [headhunt, advertising, database or a combination], are provided to a service level standard that is second to none.

We plan, consult, take nothing for granted, and deliver. Speed is an aspect of quality, not an alternative – we work hard and fast.

We have clients across the whole UK and completed assignments in Europe and the Far East.

With in-house rather than outsourced search capability we can compete on a level playing field with many of our larger competitors, and we would place ourselves at the forefront of technical innovation with the use of video in candidate presentation via our self-developed application.

Our fees? Reassuringly competitive and for those clients who retain us the reassurance that we are committed to seeing a project through to a mutually beneficial conclusion.
